LG Optimus 3D

Has anyone bought this phone? If so, is it good. Considering either this or the Samsung S2.

If you want 3D, the HTC EVO 3D has better specs and a cheaper price to boot.

If you don't care for 3D then the S2 is the best at its price.

But Evo is CDMA, isn`t it? Does 3G work in India for LG Optimus 3D? Listings mention only HSDPA 850/1900.

HTC Evo 3D is available in flipkart.

It is GSM version and costs. 34,200

I recommend HTC over LG any day...

I would research about the 3D aspect before I decide on Evo/Optimus 3D. It seems to take 3D videos and photos, but do not expect it to give you 3D experience like in movies or even 3D TV. Most people seem to think 3D as purely gimmick and not worth the extra price. But you might like it. So research on that aspect. Other than 3D, both Evo/Optimus 3D screen cannot match the super amoled plus of SGS II. Also hardware wise SGS II is far better. So see if it is worth for you to pay 7-8k more for 3D.
