LG optimus P500 : applications cant access net bt stock browser can !!

I am facing this problem with my O1 since last week....for a day or two i thought there might be some issue with the net connection....but my stick browser can access all the sites but not a single application is able to access net including gmail, gtalk, yahoo, ebuddy :mad:

I am running V20B - GB official update 2.3.3 and after updating everything was fine....:) bt dont know what happened and now this problem...:huh: is there any option other than hard reset? :ashamed:

Please, help me out in this... !!
 
Go through some threads on XDA or Broadbandforum - quite a few people are facing this issue. It has something to do with proxy settings
 
dude was trying there...seeems a bit difficult find it in xda btw are you sure the problem is for official GB V20B indian release?

if you could just confirm it.....would really appreciate.....thanks for the post :)

changed the APN, that solved problem...thanks for the help !! :)
