My Abit IP35 E is kaput, so looking for a good condition motherboard to replace it with, should have the following:

1. support core 2 Quad
2. Have 4 DIMM Slots (DDR 2)
3. More than 4 Sata ports on board (have 6 devices [HDD + Writer])
4. Non IGP (Have HD4870)
5. if under warranty well and good else need 7 days testing warranty
6. Any gigabyte UD3P / UD3R , Asus P5Q out there ??
