Budget 41-50k Lightweight 14" laptop

I am looking to buy a lightweight 14inch laptop for programming ,casual gaming and watching movies
My budget is anything upto 50k
Primary use will be programming and website development.
What size and weight considerations do you have? 14 inch lightweight and thin laptop as i need to carry it with me atleast 3 days a week
Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? Any brand with decent service will do
Any other considerations? Intel i5 is required. Battery life- the longer the better, touchscreen- want to experiment with it
Was waiting for budget haswell laptops but it seems it is going to take atleast 2-3 months more for those to be released in india. Will be buying the laptop from mumbai ( any suggestion for a good place to purchase it from is welcome)

Neither seems to be particularly light. If you can make do with a 11.6 inch laptop then the difference in weight is huge.
