We are students at Bartlett High School, Illinois who are currently enrolled in the Engineering Design & Development course. Our task is to design, develop, and construct a product or solution over the course of the school year. The project started in early October and is expected to be completed in April. Here is our problem statement: "In 2014, Sewelltech Inc. conducted a study which found that 60% of laptop repairs are due to the result of liquid spills. These liquid spill damages result from insufficient protection of the device." We are initially thinking about a physical solution for the problem.
