DT is down

... financial troubles, though the tracker is still said to be working.

After evaluating our current server bandwidth situation, we have found out to be short on bandwidth and our financial situation doesnt help us either. Our two servers are unable to handle the current load and to balance this we'll need more servers, which is impossible without your support.
