Logitech Z623 RMA Help (Kolkata)

Hi!

My Logitech Z623 speakers have gone kaput all of a sudden. They have developed a loud crackling sound, and no manner of changing outlets and ports has helped. All connections are intact, as well.

They were purchased via Computech Jan 30, 2024. I will have to RMA them.

The question is, are there any authorized outlets I can go to in Kolkata, I don't know if there is any dedicated distributor I could go to.

So I had the same issue with my Z5500-D. Replaced that fuse for under 20 bucks and the issue was gone. Just check with woofer if it's working.
Check with Rashi peripherals for RMA.
 
I suggest contacting the Kolkata branch first over phone and clarifying what you need to take to their store for RMA.

I was chatting with Logitech support via mail, and they told me where to go for a warranty claim, according to their authorized list. I'll go to either one on Tuesday and update on what happens.
