k this for the people who r living in kharghar or who knws abt property stuff :D

i am looking for a decent flat wid decent amenities (eg.parking,security,lift) in kharghar for rent n i would like to knw the rates for a 2bhk flat or if u guys knw some people there who r looking for renting their flat.

we r looking for something around 8-9k

help me guys :D
 
The rentals for a decent 2BHK flat in Kharghar ranges from 9k to 14k. At the centre of Kharghar, just before Central park (Sector-19,20,13,21) and near Shilp chowk you'll get plenty of options in 9-11k range. If you go beyond central park (Sector 35) the rates would be lesser. Sector near to railway station will be little costlier. In Some old buildings in sector 12 (like Kendriya Vihar) you can get flat for 7-8k. Hope it helps.
