Storage Solutions Looking for a 3TB external hard drive

I am looking for a 3TB external hard drive. WD vs Seagate are my choices. I see that Seagate does not have good ventilation, whereas WD's RMA process sucks.

Can you help me choose either Seagate GoFlex Desk or WD My Book Essential. They both are around 11k on eBay.

So I couldn't find any 3 TB drive, bought a 2TB Seagate. Have had a decent RMA experience with them.
