Budget 10-15K Looking for a customizable (root) Android phone

Updated mobile phone buying advice template for 2015. Updated questions which are more relevant in this smartphone era.

Questions:-
1. Budget?
A: INR 10k-15k (Can be increased.)

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: I owned a Samsung Note 9, so something of similar size or smaller.

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 3G, 4G. 5G would be nice but not necessary.

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No preference. Should have good service network.

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Communication mainly, an ok camera would be nice.

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Dual

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: Used/New. Don’t mind buying online.

9. Any other requirements?
A: Need at least 128GB of storage. Phone needs to be rootable and have easy customization options, I tend to install custom ROMs for a better experience, so this is what I'm looking for.

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: I haven't considered options yet.
 
Poco f1? I'm using one with crdroid 7.3 based on android 11. Up to date with no bugs and all featured working. Camera is decent a d the snapdragon 845 still packs a punch.
 
I'm using Rn7Pro and tried every possible rom available and now stable on one single rom since 6 months now.
Get regular monthly OTA updates with zero pain to flash. No data backup required nor any data loss. Just like the original rom.
Quick issue resolution on their groups if at all anything conks up....100000 times better than visiting those lame service centers and getting flashed original rom by keeping phone with them for few days or weeks...
