Budget 15-20K Looking for a phone with stable performance & durability

I previously owned 2 redmi phones and had a bad experience with both. Became slower after one year of use with updates, want to move away from redmi phones.

Budget is up to 17000/-
Priority is durability & lag free performance.
Considering below phones
Moto G60, Narzo 30 / 30 pro, Realme 8, Samsung M32.

Moto G60 comes with 20W charger out of box but will it support a higher Watt charger?

Please advice.

Not every update is good and usually last update craps the phone to a level that user is forced to but a a new one.
Though is not the case with every model but is mostly the brand strategy.
9/10 users feel updates are cool and worthy but not all updates do good. In fact today 5/10 updates f**ks any phones and same goes for even windows updates.
And for a blissful exp. I always recommend custom roms (without root) where there are timely updates with almost zero pain and great support beyond the brands updates.
