looking for an android mobile phone between 8000 to 9000

i want to buy an android mobile. i m confused between LG optimus net and Samsung galaxy y duos. please suggest me some other mobiles also.
my requirements are android 2.3, 2 or 3 MP camera, 700-800 MHz processor, 320x480 pixal screen.

With the options you have given i would suggest to go for Optimus net.But you can also consider HTC Explorer.

htc explorer is a gud phone and in ur budget too... check it out. 480X360 pixel 3.2" display, 600mhz processor which have adobe flash support( its faster than many processors which other phones use in this price range).
