Looking to buy a dslr

Currently thinking of buying a dslr.
Budget is 50k at max the less the better as wont be using it that much.
Also till now dont have much experience with cams (using mobiles cams :D)

Which would be the most vfm between 1100D, 550D & 600D?

Plz suggest quick as I am thinking of buying it today evening
 
550D is the best value out of those three. You may even be able to get a Nikon D90 in that range, but since you feel you won't use it that much, settle for the Canon.
