Lost Mobile Phone!

Hey guys.
I lost my cell phone today . It was a cheap Samsung set.
I was using Reliance Postpaid GSM .

I dont care about the handset. I just want to create a duplicate SIM.
How to do that? It was given to me by the company is used to work in before. I cannot ask them for the SIM again.
How to get a sim issued of the same no.?
Reliance people are asking for a Photo , Address proof and i don't know anything as to on whose name is the SIM issued.
Please help!
 
Who was paying the bill ? That should mention the person and address that the connections name is in and you can approach them for document proofs
 
If it was from your ex-company and in their name, unless you were on favorable terms with the admin manager, well you are bang out of luck.

But now a days most of the times, the SIM is issued in the name of the person. Get a FIR done, and take the documents proof and goto the nearest Reliace store.
