I guess he means that the multiplier is unlocked for overclocking. Others please Correct me if i am wrong.

Yes correct. Most CPUs have an Mx limit. It can be dialed down, but will not go above a certain limit. Like 8.5 for mine. Unlocked Mx means, it can be dialed up considerably.
 
Congrats !! The mobo with the RAMs look killer. Please share the damages , especially the Blueray combo. Also, which heatsink are you using ?
