Magento help: complex user group

Hello,

I am new to Magento, so please guide me.

The site is a typical e-commerce website, thats the simple part.
The complex part is the User Group system.

There will be two groups of users -
  • Salesman
  • Customer

Design -
  • All Customers must come under any one Salesman.
  • There is no Salesman[/I under another Salesman[/I concept. (Tree structure)
    [*]Customers can directly place order from the website for himself.
    (If the customer can use computer and internet.)
    [*]Salesman can place order on behalf of his Customers.
    (If the customer can not use computer and internet.)
    [*](OPTIONAL) Salesman can see orders that have been placed directly or in-directly through him.


Please guide me.
P.S. If Magento can't do it, suggest me any other Open-source Cart CMS which we can use.
 
If magento can't do it then no other CMS can do it . Your definition of salesman can be consider of that of moderator , you can set custom permission for him easily.
