Not sure how pricing is decided. A few days ago, there was an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Gold, 87% with few more months of Apple care warranty got sold for ~68k.

Agree, its misleading. I have reported a couple of threads in the past for this kind of listing. Sellers are usually perfectly aware that they're putting misleading information.

Otherwise next time I'll sell my 9 year old TV to my parents and then list it saying "selling my parent's TV bought yesterday" :rolleyes:

Unless its an unique product being sold here for the first time, you can refer to existing sale threads to get some idea. Assuming it is still sold new, get those prices and apply depreciation based on usage, age, condition, warranty etc. You can also check on ebay, newegg, etc.
In any case once you list it, members can advise you better if the pricing is not expected.

Z370 Mobo would have got bottlenecked. Had originally planned to buy new Asus Strix 3080 Ti for 90k, but post some R&D learnt Mobo and CPU will also have to be changed for 3080 since have i7 8700 so "settled" for 3070 Ti
