Need a bare minimum MB+CPU+1 GB RAM for a download system.

Minimum Specs:
CPU 1.6GHz/1GB RAM/MB with Onboard video/SATA Hard disk support

Budget Rs. 2k-2.5K depending on configuration. PM me quick.

You want it only for download, nothing else! Go for a Sempron LE series based mchine plus the entry level board you get. It will be fine for working on MS Office as well.
