Mention this in the Sig rules that as XT said,

If you have an Image in your Sig, however small, you can only have 2 lines, at a Resolution of 1024*768.

Even if you image is 1*1 Pixels.

Just mentioning, My Sig with 3 Lines, and the Image takes up as much space as XT's Sig.
