Hello everyone..
i have to work in night shifts. with very little. .work.. so. get bored. want a phone..

with
1. Good internet facilities(3G/Wifi)
2. Good video playing capabilities..(Would like to watch movies.. everyday.. .. THE MOST URGENT REQUIREMNT>)
3.Good battery.
4.Dual Sim(Optional but preferable)
5.Good Design..
6.. Ocassional Games. .and Video chatting..
Kindly refer the best purchse of mobile.. under or around 10K...

Samsung Wave 2,much better multimedia capability than defy.

Focus is good but very limited codec support and the zune software!

Instead of buying a phone you can buy a pmp and keep your old phone.

Samsung Wave @ is out of my budget.. Max.. price i can shell pout is 13K.... what will be the best phone..with movie playing capability and 3G/Wi fi.. plz narrow down my search..

Captivate and vibrant costs anywhere from 14 to 16k if you are buying it yourself from eBay with shipping costs etc. How about:

1. Spice mi-410

1 ghz processor (2nd generation) with 512 MB ram and adrenos 205 GPU. So you can watch 720p movies and play games with ease. Sound is ok and the speakers are decent. Can also record 720p movies. Problem is reputation. But some people seem to enjoy. So you can head over to this thread and ask real users personal opinion:

2. Motorola defy

Decent phone with decent specs and excellent build quality. It is water/dust proof. Good multimedia experience. Good xda community support. Watching movies and listening to music is also decent. Have a look at this thread, have a discuss with real owners:
