I want a phone with the following:
1. Loads 'o Customization options. (ie. large community support for softwares and games which i can get easily, not physical modding) I turned my old 3230 into a monster using various softwares. So i want that again.
2. Decent Camera
3. Decent Sound quality
4. Wifi and GPS (Good if they are available although not imp.)
Budget: Sub 10K
