Core i5 2400 ~ 9.2k

MSI H67MA-E 35 ~ 4.6k

2GB Corsair DDR3 1333MHz ~ 1k (4GB is for 1.9k. So if budget can be increased a bit then go for the 4GB)

Total: ~14.8k

i5 2400 beats the 1090T BE easily in gaming and also consumes lesser power. No use in going for the 1090T BE for your usage.

What is your proposed budget for the GPU?

^^ You aren't overclocking go for the cheaper Core i5 2500 ~ 10500/- it is a good upgrade from a Core i5 2400 ~ 9500/-.

For the graphics card look for the AMD HD 6950 2 GB ~ 15000/-, if you are a nVidia fan, grab the GTX 560 Ti 1GB ~ 13500/-, both are capable cards, just that the card stock PCB can be unlocked to the next level AMD HD 6970.

AMD Radeon HD 6950 to HD 6970 Mod | techPowerUp
AnandTech - Bench - GPU11 -- AMD HD 6950 2GB up against a GTX 560 Ti.

Gigabyte H61M-D2-B3 ~ 3.5k (No USB 3.0 or SATA 6Gbps)

Intel DH67BL B3 ~ 5.1k (Has 4 RAM slots, USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gbps :))

i5 2400 is the best VFM since you wont OC. the 2500 costs ~1k more for just 200MHz clock speed bump. Stick to the i5 2400. It will be leaps and bounds ahead compared to your current processor.

What is your proposed budget for the GPU?
will invest somewere around 10k for GPU...

Then my final config will be
->Core i5 2400
->MSI H67MA-E 35 OR Intel DH67BL B3
->2GB Corsair DDR3 1333MHz
How is the after sales service of MSI, who handles there RMA and stuff bro

also......for the gpu u can take a look @ HD6870...the sapphire one costs somewhere in the range of 10.5k+tax....

or the 6850 for 9.7k+tax

Grab the AMD HD 6870 ~ 11000/- (after taxes), miles ahead of the closest nVidia card sub-10000/-, excellent power statistics (it almost performs next to the GTX 560 Ti -- AnandTech - Bench - GPU11).

The A.S.S. of MSi is handled by Digilink services, they are very closely based near S.P. Road and service is very snappy (I've got my graphic card replaced for a brand new piece ~ 2 weeks) completely satisfactory service -- MSI India ? DA, there is some sort of issue with Intel Intel DH67BL-B3 + 6850 + i5 2500k, please read here

Update: Got it, he wants mobo to pair with 2500K procy :) is it true that H67 not good with 2500K processors.

^^ Anyways the question still remains that why will anyone get a H67 based motherboard + k marked chip, utter waste in my views. Much better to up the ante to a Z68 chipset if you want a better feature set OR go the whole hog and snap up a P67 based motherboard.
