bah do it yourself :| but a molex splitter or molex to sata convertor cable. Go to any electronics shop and ask him to give you 3 pin FRC. solder middle point to +12V (yellow) and right pin to black (ground). dont solder anything to the left pin.
 
^^Lack of resources. I won't find such stuff here, shop keepers don't even know what molex is. Explaining them everytime is PITA.

Add to that I don't have soldering iron and I am no good with soldering either :P
