Monitors Monitor Suggestion

Hi guys,
My AOC 2036SA is almost dead(Weird Yellow line on screen) and i'm looking for a new monitor preferably a HD one this time
Some monitors that i have shortlisted are :
Dell UltraSharp U2312HM
BenQ G2420HD
Dell ST2320L

Use would be daily surfing and movies
Occasional Gaming
Most of these monitors were suggested by @ALPHA17
My budget is strictly restricted to 12k(Better if less :p)

Don't want to go for AOC again,any monitors in Samsung or LG will also be fine
Please pour your suggestions

Dont get ST2320L That panel is pathetic.
This is my third replacement and that too came to me faulty. The colors on it are all washed off.

Go for u2312HM.
 
Dell U2312HM is out of OP's budget although it's worth it at 15k,@YashBhatt You should go for Benq G2420HD-10k it's a good TN Panel with HDMI.Go for it.

Benq G2420 is VFM,The picture quality,Contrast ratio good,It has all the connectivity option you need.It has 3 years warranty,I personally don't have an experience with benq A.S.S but it's not as bad as Rashi so no need to worry.:)
