guys...

i have a LG 17" CRT (model no. 700E).

de prob is tht of late( past coupla days) its developed this slight flicker... have no idea wats causin it... uninstalled nd reinstalled monitor drivers.. moved my speakers out of the room.... changed to all res's nd refresh rates... but its still there...
its like the screen keeps shakin.. ever so slightly... becomes a major pain in de arse wen i wanna read on it... tht being somethin tht i do often..
Help me out ppl....
 
try:
1) degaussing
2) check monitor refresh rate
3) unplug power cable from the monitor n replug it
4) This also happens when there is unstable power coming to ur monitor..

i have same monitor..and have experienced the problem
 
Check if you got any magnetic stuff near the monitor like speakers or such.. Just a suggestion.

If that too doesnt work, i suggest you get a technician to check it out as if i remember correctly i used to have this problem and it was something loose or so then..
 
I got the same problem when ever some one call me on my Cell. I used to keep my Cell a foot long from Monitor.

So the point is keep all Magnetic Devices away from monitor. If no help better call Company Tech.
