More Airtel Woes

I call Kuwait regularly and yesterday their exchange has added a 6 in front of all numbers and today my phone no longer calls there, cause Airtel can't parse the number at all and can't send the call through. It connects to random people!!

I call Airtel care and the guy says he won't take my complaint at all !!!!!!!!!

Obviously I was outraged and asked him why and he tells me to call the other number and clarify with them what is happening.:rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I keep the phone down laugh for two minutes and then ask him how am I to do that. I ask him to connect me to someone with more knowledge and he refuses that too, at which point I get really pissed and shut down.

Well it seems I am going to be Airtel free now, since the broadband was going to go anyway.

Airtel mobile customer service :no: I shudder everytime I need to call them up.

Only improvement can be expected once number portability comes in. Only reason I dont shift is cos me having same number since 6 years so a lot of ppl have it.
