CPU/Mobo Mother Board, CPU and RAM Upgrade for Gaming PC - Request Help

Hey, guys looking for a upgrade of Mother Board & CPU for 3 Year Old desktop, it has the following Configuration working Perfectly

Intel C2D E 6750 @ 2.66 Ghz
Biostar TP35D2A7 Mother Board (P35 Chipset Board)
3 (2+1) GB DDR II Transcend RAM @ 800 Mhz

EVGA nvidia 8800 GTS Graphics Card with 640 MB Memory
Cooler Master Extreme Power 700 W SMPS.

I am planning to Upgrade The MOBO, CPU and RAM, I plan to keep the Graphics Card for Some time and buy a good One (Vitamin 'M' Deficiency):S
I am a Casual Gamer playing Crysis ( All Editions) Mostly.

Please Suggest a Good Combination under 15 K ( Also please suggest for how much i can sell my existing MoBO,CPU & RAM, my Location is Hyderabad).

Intel DH67BL-b3/H67vr -5200/4600

Corsair 4gb ram -1350

This will be a great improvement from your current pc.You can get around 4500 rs for the rig.Look in the forum market section to get an idea.
