CPU/Mobo Motherboard for Q9550 , other help

Guys Please Suggest me a decent mobo for Intel Q9550 processor...i will be running it at stock settings and no OC at all ......something inside budget of 4-4.5k (max ) is preffered ....

Also ..i will be running the Q9550 at stock settings....so would the stock cooler be good enough..or shud i get a third party cpu cooler?

Increase ur budget a lil and get MSI P45 Neo F for 4.9k... Best u can get for the price...And stock cooler i enuff for you, since you are not intend to OC ur Q9550..

Can you tell me where you can get it for that price, currently that board is for 6 K from ITWares
