phone is dropping wifi frequently and sometime refuses to connect. After 5-10 minute it will allow to re-connect.

Not 100% but i guess this started after the security patch installed ( sept 2021 version) few weeks back. and this issues is more frequent.... specially when camera is in use ( or may be its only that time im noticing it)
The phone is getting a static IP form the router.
It's disconnecting evened its kept next to the router. Tried 2.4ghz + 5ghz, same issues. no of the other devices in network is facing any kind signal drop issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to trouble shoot it ?
Its very embarrassing when you are in a Teams/zoom call and you disconnected.

Before factory reset, try these below steps.
  1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset
  2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS
If the above steps didnt help out, then do a factory reset.

I don't know if this solution will help, but I had similar issue of net not working even when connected to wifi on my Poco X3.
After hitting everything in the dark, finally I switched my privacy setting from device Mac to Randomised Mac under ssid settings. It started working.
Isp- Airtel fiber.
