Good phone. I have one and it is better than the Atrix (most of the Atrix problems are sorted out).
ICS (CM9 ) is already there and is very stable.
USSD codes doesn't work. So, knowing balance of prepaid account etc by dialing codes will not work.
It is unlocked for GSM outside US by default.
No warranty in India since it is never launched.

If you are buying photon 4G then you would not able to do Recharge via voucher nor you would able to check balance

Recharging and balance checking can be done by calling no dedicated for them.
