1. I am not selling ordinary cam's here mate, of course other person will see your face, I guess that is the primary job of any webcam, as long as you keep your room light or sit in well lit room, if you are sitting in dark then obviously cam will show all dark.
2. Video quality is good, though it also depends on your network and the receivers network.
3. Which South African you are talking about as there are White South African, Black South Africans, Indian Origin South Africans.
I have mentioned the model number, you can google there quality, there are plenty of sites which can show you the quality, there is one particular site, I don't remember the sites name but a cowboy guy has reviewed every single cam ever came into the market.

If you from Delhi then, you can pick up from my place, use it, as I mentioned in Thread, you get DOA and 2 days testing warranty. Let me know if you have any queries.
