Moving to Hyderabad | Need help!

Hi fellow members,

Some work opportunity in family might cause some family members to move to Hyderabad (near HiTech City) in next 2-3 months.

Can you guys share some insights into localities/societies we can rent flat in, and which to avoid?
Best way to hunt flats?

What kind of rents will we be looking at for a family (2BHK - preferably furnished, in secure society)?

A little Commute is not an issue, but need to be able to book cab/rikshaw easily.


Places to hangout (strictly for family - no bar/pubs/clubs)?
Best (vegetarian) food options?

First stay in a hotel for a week or two and check localities

You would get furnished flat for minimum 35k in non gated communities/ 40k+ in gated communities.

Avoid agents they are leachers.
