MSI Clutch Mouse - after sales support

Namaste,
I purchased a MSI Clutch mouse from Amazon, having issues with it, when I contacted the MSI support, they are asking me to check with the seller, the seller being Appario Retail Private Ltd from Amazon, I am not sure, now to get in touch with them, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much, got in touch with them and sent them required details, hopefully it gets resolved
