I had a MSI GTX 560 Ti graphics card purchased about 1.5 years back. Now one of the fans on the card have stopped working. MSI's website has almost no information on how to RMA graphics card. I did send an e-mail to technicalindia@msi.com which is listed on their site as a tech support mail, but have received no replies. So I am currently at a loss on how to get the card RMAed.
They do have service centers listed on their website. Should I just go to the service center with the card ? I couldn't find a way to generate any RMA no. or as such.
Any ideas on how to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
