Hello all,

I sent my MSI B450 Gaming Pro carbon AC for service to
MSI SERVICE CENTER

On 22nd,March,2020 but because of COVID-19 it did not reach until this month 20th,
Upon reaching I was helped by MSI Rahul who is its rep on reddit.
They did the service on priority basis and replaced my Mobo with a replacement and yesterday the mobo reached me and today i installed it and now its working great.
Kudos to MSI Delhi and MSI rahul.

There were not so good experiences floating around about MSI RMA. Good to see this

I only used a MSI Z87 GD65 with my 4670K build. After first assembly the PC refused to boot and after a lot of troubleshooting I went with my mobo to MDComputers for RMA.

They handled it but they said that MSI service guys were saying that a CPU pin was bent and they pinned it on me.
I have f**ked up some times with my PC builds but a DOA mobo was a bit too much to lay on me.

Thankfully MDComputers handled it or else the service center would have refused my RMA with a bullshit physical damage claim.
