Are you selling it on someone's behalf? or someone is selling it on your behalf? You have two locations in your FS threads: Delhi and Mumbai. Please clarify.

Selling on my friends behalf. And it doesn't matter who's selling it as long as I have mentioned the location.

It matters. There is something called "transparency."

TE market guidelines state:
"1. You must have the product you are selling in possession at the time of sale.

4. You are taking responsibility of the sale even if you are selling it on behalf of someone else. You will be held responsible for smooth completion of the deal."

Please confirm if you have the GPU in your possession, or if your friend has it. As per the guidelines, if your friend has it, I'm afraid he will have to post the FS thread himself.

As per rule no 4, I am taking responsibility
I don't think that you understood what the rules meant.
Its 1 and 4. Not 1 or 4.
You have to have the item with you whether you are selling it for yourself or selling it on someone's behalf. And if its the latter you will take responsibilities.
I didn't think it needed an explanation. Tsk!
