Can anyone from tell me the speed they get in this plan during night?

What are the mentioned speeds on MTNL website?
I get around 1.8 mbps when it should be 2 mbps, download speed in Idm around 230-260..
When speed should be 1 mbps, I get around 0.9-1 mbps.. With Idm speeds around 120-130 kbps..
Torrent speeds purely depend on number of seeds, get promised speeds with a good Torrent..

This plan offers 512Kbps/2Mbps Dl in day/night and 512Kbps UL every time for 800?
During day I get 60-80 Kbps in IDM and 50-70Kbps in Bittorrent. While in night, it goes up to 230 avg on IDM and 180 avg on bittorrent.
Yours and mine IDM speed sounds similar with 2 Mbps speed. How much do you get in bittorrent with 2 Mbps?
And seeds are always good unless it's rare or old. Currently having 3 torrents with one having 400 seeds, 2nd has 70, 3rd has 10 but still getting 180 avg. Even if the torrent had 2000 seeds it still gives 180 avg. :-(
