Ive been using Nokia N73 ME since last 5 years. Its a great phone but I guess its time to move. The main shortcoming I feel of n73 are are its 2 gb memory limit and its ridiculous pop-port. However I LOVE its music player along with all its categorization into albums, artists, genres, etc.
My basic need is VERY GOOD music player an above average camera SHOULD have auto-focus and atleast 8gigs of memory. A GPS enabled cell would be great.

It's difficult, nowadays to find a phone with good camera and a good music player that is not a touchscreen/qwerty, still I will suggest the following:

1) Se W995 (If you can find it) : Great music player with good 8 mp camera(used it for 4 months), Looks great imho, but finding it somewhere might be a problem now

2) Nokia N86 : again great camera with great music player . Also great OLED screen and 8 GB inbuilt memory.

3) Motorola Defy : If you can go with touchscreen phones. Great sounding music player with CM7 and so so camera.

4) Bold 9780: but again its a qwerty

5)Nokia E72 : again a qwerty

6)Nokia 6700 classic: Great 5 mp camera with good music player but a dumb s40 phone and no Wifi

Dude Touchscreen phones can handle a lot of abuse. And they are much more simpler to use.

I will recommend a Nokia N8. Great audio quality. Best cellphone cam :) , okay-ish battery life.

If you still wanna go for keypad phones then get SE W995 or N86.

Thanks for your advice, thinking of going for defy.

Does defy has a good macro mode? cause most of the photos are of books.

Also any phone better than defy (I know there are tons of them) around the same price but better specs
