music creation software for a noob

I am looking for software that could be used to play tabla, guitar, piano, violin, etc, etc on computer without any need for additional software. .i am not an expert and just need a software to play ard.

i am also looking for something that could be used to change to a song.Say, for eg. there is a drum beat in a song which you don't like and wanna remove that drum beat without affecting the rest of the song. Is there any software that could help me do that??

So pls. suggest something(free or paid) that's easy to learn and use.

i ve tried virtual DJ ..seems a bit easy to use..but i dont think u can create your own music in it ...or new beats and all ....just mix some tracks...add effects and all...

for music creation i think you can use Fruity Loops ..

even Ableton Live is software used by many DJ's for live sets..

but i think fruity loops and Ableton isnt easy...

I've tried everything from CEPro/Audition to Cubase, Sonar, Ableton, Reason, Nuendo and the simplest, most efficient sequencer is REAPER. At just $50, it blows all these expensive programs out of the water. Audacity is open source but I just don't find it as good as REAPER.

fruity loops is too difficult. I was searching the net.i stumbled across virtual Dj. It's aa lot more easy to use.

Also like i said earlier i need a stand alone software for playing tabla, piano, voilin,guitar.----------I don't wanna add these effects on a song or anything-------- i mean when i feel bored i wanna play tabla or other stuff. Now i don't wanna go buy a tabla so is there any software that would help me play tabla on computer??

checked out these. I liked reaper. Although still looking for a stand alone tabla and piano software

Everyone I've pointed to REAPER have had nothing but good things to say about it, and this list includes a few pros too ;) What amazed me when I first tried it was that it's even simpler than CEPro!

Re piano, what VSTi's have you already tried? I've used a few and should be able to point you in the right direction if you tell me how you're going to use it.

i was searching the net---i stumbled across this software -- keyboard music. exactly the software i was looking for.

So my search is over-- it will be reaper and keyboard music.
