Hi Mods,

I created new thread in market section to sell my PS3 today morning but it is not there anymore.
Can somebody kindly take a look why it is not visible or is it moved to some other section?

Thanks
Samuel

Did you ensure it is created in the right section and followed all the rules like putting full details, and 2 pics of item with paper showing your username handwritten, and today's date.

thanks for the reply - I did post in right section with all details and 2 pics. But without the paper showing handwritten username and date.

If that is the reason my thread was deleted - I would take pics again with username and date.

But Mods I would suggest sending a auto generated pm to the users after/before deleting a thread would considered as good act.

This has been discussed a lot of times and the reason it is not being done is to lack of sufficient bandwidth and the fact that this is being provided just as a facilitator service without taking any fees from any party :)

Buddy, although yes, the PM thing would be helpful, but most of the mods here are working professionals and they really do not have time to come on TE, most of the times. So before you make the thread, just read up the rules, it would be the best.

I "suggested" "auto" generated PM before/after deleting and not personal PM from MOD.

It is not a compliant - it is just a suggestion. Please implement if it is possible.

And i meant to "change" the code to implement the feature.

We had the auto-PM hack for a brief while. It was removed because it wasn't working as expected - we ended up having to reply to more PMs.

Which is expected. No doubt about it. :P
