My new so call NAS rig made from the stuff which was lying unused. Has 2.5 tb space right now will be going till 10tb+ as per plan. Finding good add-on sata card.....Just got the cabinet and all is set...More details coming up..
 
Nice NAS... Is it running in RAID or as a normal disk ?

PS: If you got any more vx450's lying around please donate... there are some needy ppl here :bleh:

Thanks...Will be putting a 4 or 8 way sata card then I will be needing some cleaning.

All or normal no raid is required as it will be used as a dumping machine.

Let the pic do the talking. Right now it is under my office table after the tweaks it will be shifted to the storage area as I will be using it as a remote machine. Only network cable and power wire will be used. :hap2:
