My pc sometimes starts sometimes it doesn’t start

MB msi h110 pro vh
Cooler master 350 watt Psu
8+4 gb ram
1tb hdd
When I press power button nothing happens just cpu fan spins for a second and stops. In a week it will work for like one or two times. Things I have tried are
1- I checked 3 different brands PSU but no benefit
2- I tried with different RAM sticks but no benefit
3- I reset bios changed cmos battery no benefit
4- removed MB from case and everything removed from MB I/O ports and tried no benefit

It will work some time randomly and then cursor will freeze and nothing works. I have to kill power to turn it off.
 
Mostly issue with your PSU cables if you have checked the psu. it can also be the your motherboard.

I have checked with 3 different psu with different psu cable. The thing that confuses me is if there is any hardware problem with motherboard then why is it working sometimes.

Cpu temperature are below 45.
and when I try to start the pc will not start few days so the cpu temperature is not high as the pc is off for several days. One day it will start then next few days it will not start.
