As far as i Know, my Sig was within rules. The Image was 500x100, and 30kb, and there was 1 line of Text at Size 1.
Links were of my "NON PROFIT CLAN SITE"... and my WCG Grid Team, and of my Sale thread in TE.
How the hell are they 3 Infractions?
1. Images in your thread hotlinked to a competing forum. Not allowed. You and both kidoman have been warned about it in the past.
2. Link to competing sites' WCG team, We already have a WCG team at TE and we dont need another. Both wcg team and the forum for which it is crunching are not allowed on TE. And you know that.
3. Your image was 120px in height with text while the rule as yourself admitted allows 100px
4. Link to TMG, we have had long discussions and threads on this in the past (when you and the other kids from your team created a havoc on TE) and you were clearly told that we will not allow TMG links on TE.
Points 1 and 2 are very very important. We have removed the links to the forum a number of times in the past. Yet you keep on devising ways to do that again and again. And then you hide it under the garb that it wasnt the exact same thing that you were warned for last time.
The TechEnclave.com team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
However if it is the first time we always let you know and give you time to make the changes yourself.

You are not worth the PM since this is not the first time you are doing this. Any other member who had been doing it for the first or the second time would have got a proper PM.
Believe me if I wanted to humiliate you I would have dug up all the threads where you have broken the rules or created a controversy.
@all the other members-
It is not the mods duty to be polite to the regular offenders who keep on repeating the same mistakes.
If the member finds it really difficult to adjust to the rules of the forum and constantly keeps on breaking them, then I am firm on what I said.
He can leave. How is it that hundreds of other members are not able to break the rules while 3-4 of you are always able to do it.
Its not that difficult to follow the simple rules.
Isnt it amazing that it is the same member everytime who has problem with the rules or the mods and keeps on cribbing about something or the other. Now that may seem to you as mods are after some guys but it is actually the opposite. Its the same few members who are making life hell for us by breaking the rules and creating controversies.
We have been moderating TE for a long time now and dont have to learn the ethics of the trade from anyone. Its like a pleasure activity for some of you to come to the feedback section and bash the mods without knowing anything. Seriously download a game or something if you are getting bored.
We dont want to moderate anything on TE, but we cannot do it if the member concerned would not abide by the warnings and rules. If you can follow the rules it would make our lives easier.
So everyone of you who thinks we are not doing our job properly please let us know
what have we ever done to you that makes it so unethical or high-handed. Dont judge us for the sake of having fun or when you dont know the complete picture.
You are not the one who is moderating this forum the whole day. You are not the one who sees everything that has been going on for days, weeks, months, years.
As for the reputation points on TE, anyone who has been on TE knows how they are gained and abused. I can create a new ID and in less than 3 months I can gain more points than what aditya has right now. The trick is just to create threads with an objective to get points. Does that make me a very good or reliable member?
And dont even get me started on no of posts, it can very well be abused. I can make very intelligent posts as well.
Now just becoz you have thousands of posts or reputation points does not mean that you can go about flouting every rule, and that too again and again.
Aditya's offences (repeated offenses) are good enough reason to ban the member. He should be glad that I didnt.
