    • Monitor - Dell @ 1600 x 900.
    • PSU - Corsair VS550

Notes - Changing only as some game lags

Go for the r9 270x.
The 750ti won't last very long before you'll need to upgrade.
Personally, i think an r9 280x/gtx 770 would be more suited to your system and gaming needs but both are waaaay out of budget.
Maybe you could consider second hand cards?

Alternately - since your current 650ti isn't dead - new gpus are going to be announced in the first week of march and they should become available a month later. This will either give you more choice or lower prices if you can wait.
