Monitors Need a Passive 3D Monitor

Hello Everyone,i need a Passive 3D LED Monitor it should have:

1.27 inch Display

2.Price:upto 25k maximum.

3.It will be used for 3D Gaming,Movies and will be used as a TV.

4.Right now i am not planning to add Google TV to it,but in future i will upgrade it to Google TV;so is it necessary to have PIP Feature in Monitor or

Google Tv will do it itself?

5.I need Audio/Video Ports in that monitor too,as my Canon A2200 doesn't have HDMI port,i play videos and photos from my cam all the way

If there is no Superior Brand available in India like LG,Samsung or AOC,you can suggest me to buy it online from Foreign.

Please suggest me Monitor guys i really need to upgrade my current monitor it is simple LCD monitor of 19 inch which i am using from past 5 years.
