Android Need a really working spam blocker

I need spam blocking apps for android which will really block spam/unwanted sms and calls.

Need an app where in we can actually import/put sms or calls from inbox and call log so that even if we receive such spam, phones doesnt ring or alert and spam goes directly into that app thus not displaying those spam messages in inbox.

An app like having blacklist/whitelist will be preferred as well but its interface should be easy to config.

India Against Spam is not for block anything, infact it just send the SMS that you get from a telemarkerter to you service provider, if they inturn initiate a block only its effective, in most cases it doesnt happen!
 
I need a clean stuff. Apps tried till now dont work at all. Useless!!:arghh:

I thunk as of yet android hasnt got any such good REAL workable apk to keep away spam messages and call away.

Lumia comes one built-in.

Missing good old symbian days....:sour:
