PC Peripherals Need advice for a workstation

Hi,

My budget is 60k (don't want monitor)

Use: for 3d animation and rendering (software's like Maya and Z brush)..> so Graphics card must b some like Quadro fx

an intel quad core P.C. pls suggest me with components for a good workstation CPU with ups.

Since you are looking for Intel Solution go for Core i7 procy. There are similar threads having the same requirement. Go through them and you will find your answer. :)
 
Forget about a quadro in your budget. You can fit in an i7 rig. Here is a rough breakdown of costs. Check the other threads for particular recommendations.

i7 920 + Mobo 30k
6gb ram - 8k
PSU - 4k
Cabby - 2k
HDD - 2k
Gfx - 8k
UPS - 6k?

i've seen those posts..that is why i created a new post.m looking for Quad core..(how is Quad Core Q9550 2.83 mhz)i7 i can go only low end in it..(i dont do over clocking..) m looking for performance in 3d rendering in Maya.

nd i need a Nvidia Quadro FX card (m working in 3d animation industry)not at all gaming..so that i can put much money in it.

Cabby - CM 690, P 180(get a full tower if possible).... 4k-10k
HDD - 1 TB 4k(segate 7200.12 or WD blue) 4k
Gfx - AMD firepro or Nvida quadro....(i have no idea of professional cards.....so plz do some research)

shud i go for 550w psu!!..wot if vx450!?

and abt rams are they trident(3x2GB)kit?and if it is so it cost only 6.5k!

" MSI X58 Pro-E and MSI X58m" are having some IOH temp problem...can u pls suggest any other cheapest MOBO

KMD(katmandude) is guy on TE who can buy you stuff from U.S.A or sites like newegg,amazon,tiger direct etc and ship it to India.

if that vx450 is enough for this config,then why shud i go for a glacial Pwr 650!?
then i will hav 2 go for grater UPS...both will b loss of money wot do u say.
