Need advice to buy a PC or a laptop in 20-22K

I need your help and inputs to buy a basic PC (or a laptop with 15" screen) in 20-22K. The purpose of the machine would be everyday computing, browsing, movies, and MS office apps.

I'll be buying all components other than UPS and speakers.

OP has mentioned that he doesn't need speakers so he can save 1k there and Asus F1A55-M LX PLUS-4k if he wants to have a little cheaper mobo.

Thanks Alpha and Jakob. Any configuration cheaper than this (my budget is very limited)? I have Windows XP with me, and 2 GB ram is sufficient for XP and the purpose of the machine.

Add HD5670-4k OR HD6450 2gb-2.6k to the above for HD Playback if op's not going for AMD APU.

He is not going to play games, I think the integrated IGP on the Intel processor should be able to run Windows 7 and decode HD content pretty seamlessly.

If he needs a card the HD5450 ~2500/- will be enough.
