Need advise on buying an Electric Shaver

Rotary vs Foil which tech is better. Which ones are good and are reasonably priced and are available in India. I am looking at the Philips AT890. I hate to shave cause I find it really messy and tend to get it done by my barber every fortnight. Hence trying this. I am not looking for a clean shave. Also I don't have major growth as such. Have set the budget to 5K as of now. Things which I am looking at is wet shaver with decent battery backup.

Suggest me here guys.

The best one would be rotary as while using rotary you need to very slow like you are applying a cream for mostly waterproof and the skin hair doesn't get stuck into it while shaving which happens in most of shaving machines. And Philips AT890 Shaver is Good option as your budget is 5K the price range is From 3,338 to 3500
