I've tried out social aggregation apps like Scope, Seesmic, Tweetdeck and Hootsuite.
But...
Tweetdeck's going to close soon, and it's more for twitter than facebook.
I like Scope, but it limits you to just 1 twitter account. And the ads occupy too much screen real-estate.
Seesmic's okay, but it's been bought by Hootsuite, and it doesn't show all your feeds in one list.
Hootsuite seems tailored towards marketeers and not towards the average user.
And none of them sync your facebook/twitter contacts with your contact list.
The official Facebook and Google+ apps are pretty good, but I'd rather have just 1 app for everything. Or 2. since I don't think there are any 3rd party Google+ apps out there.
